About the Role:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. You will focus on delivering top talent, providing proactive and timely communication on search status, and staying abreast of industry trends. This role also involves mentoring Recruiters and other team members, demonstrating innovation in search techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications.
  • Timely review of applicants via the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to job openings.
  • Source candidates via resume databases, networking sites (using Boolean search), social media, and deep web sourcing techniques.
  • Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using subscriptions and technologies.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources.
  • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
  • Employ a sophisticated mix of media (phone, email, networking, social media) to connect with talent communities.
  • Provide value propositions tailored to each candidate's situation and interest level.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information and counsel.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely updates on application and interview status.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on candidate interest levels and concerns.
  • Conduct professional phone interviews with industry/role-specific probing questions.
  • Navigate difficult conversations to gather appropriate information.
  • Compare candidate interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine role fit.
  • Consider candidate fit for the team and culture.
  • Issue and evaluate skills testing results as needed.
  • Review background and reference information as needed.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
  • Continuously build talent pipelines to ensure multiple candidates are in play.
  • Keep hiring managers informed of market changes impacting the hiring process.
  • Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance, partnering with the hiring manager.
  • Adhere strictly to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
  • Demonstrate segment/practice/industry expertise.
  • Work to deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
  • Identify search difficulties and research solutions collaboratively.
  • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Exposure:
  • Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
  • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process for efficiency.
  • Adherence to documentation and processes for compliance.
  • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
  • Specific Requirements: 5 years of recruitment experience within the US market, ideally for the manufacturing industry.
  • Language Required: Proficiency in English.
