About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you will be a key brand ambassador for our clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a focus on Service Excellence. You will partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, delivering top talent and maintaining proactive, transparent communication. This role requires staying abreast of market trends and acting as a mentor to other recruiters, demonstrating innovation in your search techniques.

Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
  • Review applicants promptly via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Source candidates using sophisticated Boolean search language across resume databases and networking sites.
  • Employ deep web sourcing techniques and social media channels to find passive candidates.
  • Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using subscriptions and technologies.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from internal and external business networks.
  • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
  • Engage talent communities through a mix of phone, email, campaigning, network introductions, and social media.
  • Craft and deliver tailored value propositions to candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information and interview expectations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates regarding application and interview status.
  • Monitor candidate interest levels and address any concerns proactively.
  • Conduct insightful phone interviews with industry/role-specific probing questions.
  • Navigate difficult conversations to gather necessary information.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against requisition specifications for role fit.
  • Consider team and cultural fit during the assessment process.
  • Administer and evaluate skills testing as required.
  • Review background and reference information as per process.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Inform hiring managers of market changes impacting the hiring process.
  • Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Adhere strictly to all regulations, including OFCCP and other compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in specific industry segments and practices.
  • Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
  • Identify and research solutions for perceived search difficulties in collaboration with leadership.
  • Proactively communicate search status to hiring managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Specific Requirements: 5 years of recruitment experience within the US market, ideally for the manufacturing industry.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Exposure: Ability to demonstrate niche segment or industry expertise; employ recruiting technologies for efficiency; adhere to documentation and processes for compliance; experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
