About the Role
We are looking for two HR Ops Specialists to ensure accurate, efficient, and SLA-driven HR operations for employees in assigned regions. You will manage HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, payroll inputs, and HRM data through our HR ticket system. This role is the primary owner of operational HR service delivery, resolving most HR requests via a structured ticketing model and supporting a scalable, data-driven HR function.
Core Duties
HR Operations (Ticket Ownership):
- Manage and resolve HR administrative requests via the HR ticket system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with SLAs.
- Maintain high-quality ticket documentation and proper categorization.
- Handle employee HR requests, including payroll issues & inquiries, PTO/leave balance, bank account & employee data changes, basic tax support/routing, Kronos/system support, policy clarifications, general HR requests, expense reimbursements, and English classes coordination.
Payroll Administration:
- Enter payroll inputs based on approved data.
- Process salary changes, bonuses, and payroll corrections.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support payroll cycle preparation and validation.
- Process overtime requests and hours approvals.
Employee Lifecycle Administration:
- Onboarding (Regional Ownership): Process onboarding requests, prepare employment contracts, collect documentation, create employee profiles in HRM (Kronos/AT), and conduct HR onboarding sessions.
- Employment Changes: Process employment changes (role, salary, relocation), manage trial period extensions, and execute employee data updates.
- Offboarding: Prepare termination documentation and process offboarding and final payroll inputs.
HR Documentation & Data Management:
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, amendments, confirmations).
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRM systems (Kronos & AT).
- Ensure compliance and data consistency across systems.
- Perform employee data corrections and updates.
HR Systems & Process Support:
- Maintain HRM data accuracy and system hygiene.
- Support HR Ops Lead with HRM testing and improvements.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process/knowledge base improvements.
- Contribute to reducing rework and operational inefficiencies.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR People Partners on payroll inputs, employment changes, and escalations.
- Collaborate with Recruitment (onboarding), Finance (payroll & reimbursements), and L&D/other teams (routing non-operational requests).
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates with completed HR courses and strong motivation to grow in HR Operations.
- Candidates with administrative, payroll, coordination, or operations experience are also welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests in a ticket-based environment.
- Strong organizational and process management skills.
- Ability to work with structured workflows and SLA targets.
Working Conditions
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible 8 working hours, preferably 10:30–19:30.
- Hybrid work model is strongly preferred.
