About the Role:

Employer.com is seeking a Principal GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for a high-growth B2B travel and fintech platform. This is a high-ownership role where you will partner directly with GTM leadership, manage searches end-to-end, and maintain a high hiring bar. The client operates in a direct, fast-moving, and AI-native culture. This is an estimated 6-month contract with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions: Sales (AEs, SDRs, SDR leadership, sales management), Marketing (demand gen, PMM, brand, organic), Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Manage high-volume SDR and SDR leadership searches alongside senior individual contributor and management roles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders and the executive team on org design, leveling, comp benchmarking, and hiring plans.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies focusing on direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outbound methods.
  • Execute efficient and candidate-respecting interview processes, including intakes, scorecards, debriefs, and offers.
  • Utilize data (Greenhouse pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) to drive decisions and influence strategy.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and employer branding.
  • Authentically represent the client’s culture to candidates.
  • Continuously improve the GTM hiring playbook, including rubrics, interview kits, sourcing motions, and employer brand.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep GTM specialization (Sales required, plus at least one other GTM function like Marketing, CS, or Partnerships).
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for SDR and SDR leadership pipelines in B2B SaaS, travel tech, or fintech companies.
  • Proficiency as a Greenhouse power user, including ownership of scorecards, pipeline reporting, and structured interview configuration.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills with proven outbound methods.
  • Consultative approach with GTM leaders, characterized by direct communication and a willingness to provide rationale for pushback.
  • Data fluency, with the ability to use funnel metrics for influence and decision-making.
  • Active AI workflow, utilizing AI tools to enhance output and demonstrate AI fluency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, characterized by directness and specificity.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in travel, fintech, or B2B marketplace companies.
  • Experience scaling a Sales organization through significant growth phases.
  • Background in embedded or contract recruiting, demonstrating rapid ramp-up and independent operation.
  • Prior experience recruiting roles at the intersection of fintech/payments and GTM.
