Your Tasks

In this position, you will be responsible for the commercial support of several companies. Your focus will be on handling the day-to-day business of real estate management companies.

• Financial Accounting: Independent execution of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank accounting.
• Monthly and Annual Closings: Participation in or independent preparation of monthly closings (including VAT pre-declarations), as well as preparatory activities for annual closing according to HGB (German Commercial Code).
• Cost Accounting and Reporting: Creation of monthly management reports. Further development of cost accounting. Execution of ongoing real estate accounting.
• Process Optimization: Active participation in the digitalization and optimization of existing accounting processes.

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a "Bilanzbuchhalter" (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of standard MS Office products.
• Basic knowledge of VAT.
• Basic knowledge of DATEV is desirable.
