Our innovative stack features local inference, secure connectors, permission-aware retrieval, citations, and audit trails.

We are a small, founder-led team based in Hamburg, currently powering live customer deployments. As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with the founders to transform early deployments into a robust, repeatable product. This is a hands-on, office-first role for individuals passionate about building core product and infrastructure from the ground up.

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI infrastructure. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions that address critical customer needs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a foundational product in a rapidly evolving field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer-controlled environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative features that address real customer problems.
• Implement secure data connectors and permission-aware retrieval systems to ensure compliance with audit and data protection standards.
• Optimize local inference processes and implement open-source models to enhance AI performance within customer ecosystems.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to building a culture of learning and innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with deploying and maintaining AI models in local environments, including familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices, particularly in relation to handling sensitive information within enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
