About the Role:
Join CardFlight as a Senior Outbound Account Executive and play a pivotal role in empowering small businesses to modernize their payment systems. This is a high-velocity, outbound-only sales position for driven individuals who thrive on the phone and want their income directly tied to their performance. You will be responsible for finding, contacting, and closing new business, making this role ideal for ambitious sales professionals.

What You'll Do:

  • Own outbound pipeline from zero: Build your pipeline through high-volume calling, targeted email outreach, and disciplined SMB prospecting.
  • Work a structured ICP: Prospect into defined small business segments (restaurants, retail, service businesses) using data-driven targeting.
  • Run the full sales cycle, fast: Manage the entire process from first contact to close, including qualifying, demoing, handling objections, and driving decisions.
  • Hit daily activity metrics: Focus on dialer performance, connect rates, conversations, and pipeline velocity.
  • Keep CRM airtight: Maintain accurate logging, clean pipeline hygiene, and sharp forecasting.
  • Sharpen your pitch continuously: Collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging and competitive positioning.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments, targeting SMB owners.
  • Proven experience with parallel dialers and managing high-volume call environments.
  • A genuine hunter mentality, energized by building pipeline from scratch.
  • Demonstrated quota attainment in an outbound or self-sourced pipeline role.
  • Strong SMB instincts and the ability to capture the attention of busy business owners quickly.
  • Consultative closing ability, balancing speed with effective persuasion.
  • CRM discipline and the ability to quickly learn new sales tools.

Compensation & Incentives:

  • OTE: $150,000–$160,000+ with accelerators and uncapped upside.
