Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring initiatives within our Energy division, focusing on accelerating U.S. energy independence through advanced energy storage and manufacturing technologies. This strategic role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical recruiting background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding, recruiting for roles including Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Controls & Automation, Quality, Industrial, Software & Systems Engineering, and Program/Project Management. Conduct candidate assessments and develop strategic sourcing plans.
  • Strategic Talent Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand needs, provide market intelligence, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical positions through market mapping, competitor analysis, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Management: Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, facilitate interview processes, manage offer negotiations, and maintain clear communication with hiring leaders.
  • Recruiting Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM, track key recruiting metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical and engineering recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in engineering, manufacturing, energy, industrial, automotive, or technology sectors.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring passive technical talent.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering disciplines.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience supporting manufacturing facilities, energy organizations, or battery technology.
  • Experience recruiting for startup or high-growth environments.
  • Background supporting hourly, professional, and leadership hiring.
  • Experience with workforce planning and strategic sourcing.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends in engineering and advanced manufacturing.
