Your Role as a Revenue Operations Manager:
This is a critical role responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the operational engine that powers Appspace's go-to-market (GTM) organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive revenue predictability, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the entire customer lifecycle. This high-impact role is for an operator who excels at the intersection of strategy, data, process, and technology, translating analytical insights into actionable outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

  • GTM Strategy & Revenue Planning: Own annual and quarterly revenue planning, including quota setting, territory design, and headcount modeling. Develop and maintain a single source of truth for GTM performance and forecasting. Drive the GTM operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast calls).
  • Sales Operations: Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team. Design and enforce consistent sales processes and methodologies across all GTM segments. Identify and remove operational friction to improve rep productivity and deal velocity.
  • Technology & Systems: Own the GTM technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI/analytics, CPQ), driving adoption, integration, and optimization. Partner with IT and vendors on RevOps tooling implementation. Ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Analytics & Insights: Build and maintain a comprehensive GTM analytics function. Define and track key KPIs and leading indicators for revenue growth. Develop forecasting models and scenario analyses.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CSO and GTM leadership. Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations. Partner with Finance on revenue recognition and commission plans. Drive alignment with Product on usage data and feedback loops.

What You'll Need:

  • Required:
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence at a SaaS company with $75M–$300M+ in ARR.
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce required), BI/analytics tools, and the GTM technology ecosystem.
  • Strong command of SaaS metrics, revenue modeling, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing RevOps teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in workplace technology, digital signage, or employee experience SaaS.
  • Background in private equity- or venture-backed growth-stage companies.
  • Experience supporting companies through significant scale milestones or liquidity events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced degree.
