Your Role:
As an Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, you will own the complete sales process from start to finish. You will collaborate with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to transform medium-sized businesses into active Dialpad clients, solving complex communication challenges. This role is essential to achieving corporate business objectives, working closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and peers to enhance sales process efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the entire sales process, from converting leads into a workable pipeline.
  • Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequences to source your own opportunities.
  • Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own key deal reviews, forecasts, and your professional career roadmap.

Skills You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing and closing strategic deal cycles with multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions (preferred experience in UCaaS/CCaaS).
