About the Role

CCM is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Assistant for a temporary, full-time assignment (approximately 3 months) to support a Human Capital Management (HCM) transition project. You will work closely with the HR Leadership Team to extract, format, import, and maintain HR documents and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and experience with HR and document management systems.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain data in CCM's HR systems.
  • Extract, update naming conventions, and import confidential employee documents into the HR system.
  • Respond to basic candidate and employee inquiries regarding employment and training opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain candidate/employment records.
  • Provide basic reports and status updates to HR Leadership.
  • Offer basic technical support as needed.
  • Support the HCM implementation project.
  • Contribute to the expression of the Ministry’s Christian beliefs.

Essential Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work effectively within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Basic knowledge of job descriptions, training records, employee records, and PHI/PII/HIPAA.
  • Basic knowledge of importing file templates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively when overwhelmed.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to operational challenges.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated computer experience required.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in ADP, Dayforce, Greenhouse, Litmos, and/or Engagedly.

Compensation

  • $18.00 - $24.00/hour, based on location, skills, experience, and education.

Employment Details

  • Temporary, approximately 3-month assignment.
  • Full-time hours (40 hours/week).
  • Target start date: July 6, 2026.
  • Projected end date: October 2, 2026.

Minimum Age Requirement

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
