The Opportunity

Parsec is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the East Coast region. This hunter-focused role involves building relationships with leading industrial and manufacturing organizations, managing complex consultative sales cycles, and positioning TrakSYS as a key component of their digital transformation and Industry 4.0 strategies. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities from prospecting through closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract execution.
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders in Operations, Plant Management, IT, and Digital Transformation teams.
  • Build and execute a territory strategy for the East Coast to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and close net-new enterprise manufacturing customers, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communicate the operational and financial value of TrakSYS through ROI-driven selling.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce.
  • Represent Parsec at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably in manufacturing technology, MES, industrial automation, ERP, or IIoT.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business.
  • Experience with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Direct MES experience.
  • Existing relationships within East Coast enterprise manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience working with system integrators or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives.

Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 40–50% travel throughout the East Coast region.
  • Occasional travel to headquarters in Anaheim, California.
