The Opportunity

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will spearhead our growth across the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands. You will target leading industrial and manufacturing organizations, driving digital transformation with our TrakSYS™ Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform and positioning it as a cornerstone of their Industry 4.0 strategies. This strategic "hunter" role involves navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and expanding our footprint into new European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Revenue Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution.
  • Executive Alignment: Build relationships with C-level executives and plant managers to align our MES solutions with their digital transformation goals.
  • Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales plan for the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands, building a robust pipeline to exceed quotas and driving a land-and-expand strategy.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to establishing Parsec's presence in new European countries.
  • Solution Consulting: Partner with Pre-Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and articulate ROI.
  • Value-Based Selling: Quantify the business impact of MES solutions to create strong financial business cases.
  • Forecast Excellence: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts through meticulous CRM management (Salesforce) and MEDDPICC qualification.
  • Market Presence: Represent Parsec at industry trade shows and executive networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 7–10+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B software sales, preferably in manufacturing, MES, or PLM.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Strategic Selling: Mastery of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Value Based Selling) for long sales cycles (9–18 months).
  • Regional Expertise: Understanding of the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands manufacturing landscape.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, capable of navigating complex enterprise sales.
  • Languages: Fluent English required. Dutch language skills are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and broader Europe.
