About the Role:
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be a sales professional experienced in leading go-to-market campaigns within Fortune 500 accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Databricks' footprint within your assigned strategic accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strong executive presence, and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels.
  • Understand customer business challenges and articulate how Databricks' solutions can address them.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product Management) to ensure customer success.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
