The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the Nordic manufacturing market. This hybrid role focuses on strategic new business acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts. You will build pipeline, win new logos, and develop long-term partnerships using a "land and expand" approach, positioning TrakSYS as a key enabler of Industry 4.0 initiatives.

This role requires a consultative, commercially driven sales professional who thrives in autonomous environments and excels in long enterprise sales cycles requiring persistence, executive engagement, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development & Account Expansion: Drive net-new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting and territory development. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise manufacturing opportunities. Own the full customer lifecycle, executing a "land and expand" strategy for multi-site deployments and global rollouts. Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and executive relationships.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Navigate long sales cycles with persistence and strategy. Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and plant leadership. Position the value of MES/MOM solutions through consultative, value-based selling. Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise software agreements. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in Salesforce. Utilize structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams. Collaborate with Solution Engineers on demonstrations and presentations. Work with system integrators and strategic partners. Share customer feedback and market trends internally.
  • Industry Presence: Represent Parsec at industry events and conferences. Position Parsec as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Qualifications:
Required Experience:

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, with proven success in net-new business development within manufacturing, industrial automation, MES, MOM, ERP, or related industrial technology.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing enterprise logos.
  • Demonstrated success balancing hunter-style business development and strategic account growth.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to engage executive-level decision makers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Understanding of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory initiatives, or digital manufacturing transformation.
  • Experience with global manufacturing organizations and multi-site deployments.
  • Experience partnering with system integrators or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with process and discrete manufacturing environments.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong consultative and value-based selling approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating autonomously.
  • Strategic mindset with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

Languages & Travel:

  • Fluent English required.
  • Additional Scandinavian language(s) highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–60% across Scandinavia and occasionally internationally.
