Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the Role

Singularu is looking for a passionate individual to join our Customer Service team in a remote work model. You will be a vital point of contact for our clients, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is a positive and special experience. We seek an organized, solution-oriented person with a genuine passion for people, capable of turning any challenge into a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries, complaints, and issues across various channels (email, phone, and chat), ensuring prompt and empathetic responses.
  • Process exchanges, returns, and order tracking, ensuring client satisfaction with every step.
  • Address questions regarding products, availability, and order status with clear and accurate information.
  • Manage and respond to product reviews, contributing to brand experience enhancement.
  • Actively collaborate with the team to identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
  • Utilize CRM tools to log and track all client interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized, customer-oriented, and proactive individual.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort working in digital environments.

We Also Value

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Experience managing inquiries via email, phone, and chat simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of German or other languages.
