Responsibilities:

• Assist e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via phone, email, and Zoom with accounting-related issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High self-motivation and results-oriented (SMART Goals).
• Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement).
• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style.
• Open to feedback, digital work, and a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
