💡 About the Role: Senior Content Designer

As a Senior Content Designer at Fueled, you will be instrumental in bringing clarity to complex product experiences through thoughtful, strategic content design. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to define and implement content systems that scale, moving beyond simple copy to establish structure, meaning, and user understanding across diverse digital products.

🎯 What You Will Do

• Lead content design initiatives across various client engagements, ensuring clear, user-centered experiences through expert content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture.
• Translate ambiguous product and business goals into well-defined content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems.
• Craft and adapt content to meet specific client needs, skillfully balancing brand voice, optimal user experience, and key business objectives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content design effectively into every stage of the product development process.
• Define and deliver essential content artifacts, including content audits, taxonomies, content models, and voice and tone guidelines, while facilitating workshops to align teams on strategic direction.

👤 About You

• You possess 4+ years of dedicated experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, with a preference for experience gained within an agency environment.
• You excel in fast-paced, multi-client settings and demonstrate comfort in navigating ambiguity.
• You bring a strategic mindset to content, with practical experience in content modeling, information architecture (IA), and structured content methodologies.
• You are experienced in working with various CMS platforms, adept at shaping how content is structured and managed.
• You are a strong collaborator and communicator, capable of aligning diverse teams and clearly articulating content decisions to clients and stakeholders.

💲 Contractor Fee

Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, project scope, geographic location, and specific business needs.
