Company: SecurityScorecard
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
About SecurityScorecard:
SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, continuously rating over 12 million companies worldwide. Our patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for risk management, board reporting, and underwriting, making organizations more resilient by identifying and fixing cybersecurity risks. We are recognized as a "Best Workplace," "Best Places to Work in NYC," and one of the "World's Most Innovative Companies."
About the Team:
Our Product organization operates at an exceptionally fast pace, with a roadmap that re-prioritizes weekly and a culture focused on rapid execution. Product Operations serves as the operating system for this speed, ensuring scalability without sacrificing control. We are seeking a leader to own Product Ops end-to-end, driving the function through Data, Stories, and Process. This individual will be the connective tissue between PMs, Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and the board, instrumental in breaking bottlenecks, instrumenting everything, and proactively prototyping AI workflows.
About the Role:
This leadership role is responsible for three core pillars:
1. Data & Product Metrics:
- Serve as the source of truth for key metrics, including customer health (Threshold Score), engineering delivery (DORA, throughput, AI-code ratio), product engagement (Pendo Listen), and P&L inputs.
- Manage the Customer Insights data layer on Snowflake, leveraging AI-extracted pain points and verbatim feedback.
- Champion data-driven decision-making for roadmap planning.
2. Programs, Reporting & Delivery (PMO):
- Oversee the full delivery cadence: roadmap intake, Jira administration, milestone tracking, Change Control Board (CCB), release sign-off, OKRs, and planning for ~120 individuals.
- Manage the weekly executive reporting stack and quarterly board-paper KPI inputs, ensuring formalization and knowledge transfer.
3. AI for Product Ops (Urgent Mandate):
- Inherit and extend our AI-native operation, leveraging Claude skills for weekly reporting, CCB recaps, customer research, Pendo feedback analysis, hiring protocols, and release note ROI framing across integrated systems (Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Snowflake, Slack, GDrive).
- Become the organization's go-to expert for AI/agentic product-ops tooling, transforming ad-hoc solutions into durable, documented capabilities.
4. Cross-functional Forums & GTM:
- Lead alignment forums: Product Court (GTM roadmap triage), Bar Raisers (quality review), and monthly product-org meetings.
- Partner on pricing & packaging, annual Pricebook, vendor management (Pendo, Sigma, Span, FullStory, Heap), and strategic customer calls.
Who You Are:
- Problem Solver: You proactively break down barriers and are allergic to the status quo.
- Driven & Efficient: You compress timelines and drive decisions without burnout, thriving in dynamic planning environments.
- Metrics-Obsessed: You excel at building dashboards and articulating the story behind the data for diverse audiences.
- AI-Forward: You have practical experience shipping AI/LLM workflows and are excited to scale our Claude-native operation.
- Force Multiplier: You empower senior PMs and operate as a true partner to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product/program leadership, with experience building/scaling a Product Ops function in a fast-paced B2B SaaS organization (cybersecurity experience is a plus).
- Experience managing delivery cadences across multi-PM/multi-squad organizations; deep Jira fluency.
- Hands-on experience using AI/automation to enhance product workflows.
- Proficiency with modern product stacks: Pendo, Sigma/Snowflake-backed BI, Span (or DORA tooling), Jira, Confluence.
- NYC-based and comfortable in a high-velocity, high-accountability culture.
- Fluent in Claude and other AI tools. Applications without this fluency will not be considered.
How You’ll Fit:
We value urgency, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your role is to add operational maturity without sacrificing speed. If this description makes you eager to start making improvements, you're likely a great fit.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and more.
- Estimated Total Compensation: $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as affordability, skills, qualifications, and experience.
