Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with executive presence to partner with state and local Department of Transportation (DOT) agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key relationships, understanding agency needs, and driving strategic initiatives to support transportation infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with state and local DOT agencies.
• Understand the unique challenges and goals of transportation agencies.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and service delivery.
• Develop and present strategic proposals and solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Achieve sales and account growth targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the government or transportation sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the needs and operations of state and local DOT agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Executive presence required.
• Central state/time zone strongly preferred.
