About the Role:

Evident ID is hiring an Insurance Certificate Operations Manager to join our Operations Team. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Atlanta office. You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of a team of insurance certificate verification specialists, conducting ongoing training, and creating/maintaining training documentation. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve the insurance verification software, identify opportunities for new features, and translate insurance requirements into product offerings. You will be a driving force for product enhancements and efficiencies, working with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily customer and internal escalation inquiries. This role also involves participating in company initiatives, building strong internal relationships, and supporting the company's vision and values.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality and efficiency of the insurance certificate verification specialist team.
• Conduct ongoing training for insurance verification specialists and create/maintain training and user guide articles.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve insurance verification software and identify new feature opportunities.
• Translate insurance requirements into product offerings and recognize gaps.
• Drive product enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Address customer and internal escalation inquiries with urgency.
• Participate in company initiatives and projects.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with various departments.
• Model and encourage desired company behaviors, supporting the company's vision and values.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience within Commercial Insurance lines of coverage (U.S. commercial lines required; international experience is a plus).
• Product Management or Project Management experience is highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of reading and interpreting Certificates of Insurance.
• Experience training and coaching operational teams.
• Experience working with customers to understand needs or address questions/issues.
• Experience in insurtech or procurement technology is a plus.
