Kalshi

Finance Operations

Kalshi•📍 USA•USD 80000 - 160000

✨ AI Insights & Summary

Kalshi is not just building a product; it's defining a new financial category: federally regulated prediction markets. Having successfully legalized event contracts in the US, Kalshi is now the fastest-growing financial market in America, poised to become the largest on the planet. This Financial Operations role offers a rare chance to be an early, pivotal member of a lean, ambitious team, directly contributing to the infrastructure of this groundbreaking exchange. If you thrive in a high-stakes, rapidly evolving environment and want to shape the future of finance, Kalshi is your destination.

About Kalshi: Pioneering Prediction Markets

Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has over 1,900 markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.

What Is Kalshi?
Kalshi is the first and only federally regulated exchange where people can trade on any event. Think like the NYSE, but instead of trading stocks, you trade on the events you know and care about. After three years of regulatory struggle, Kalshi's historic regulatory approval from the CFTC has allowed it to launch a new asset class: event contracts. Event contracts, the fastest-growing asset class today, are elegant financial instruments structured as simple yes/no questions about the future.

In 2024, Kalshi Klear was approved as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) and now manages all clearing activity for its exchange members.
