We are currently nearly 20 employees and continue to grow. For the next phase, one task is particularly important: finding the right people, hiring them cleanly, and integrating them well into the team.

We are therefore not looking for classic HR administration, but for someone who will professionally build up our hiring and simultaneously create the people structures that a growing company needs: clear recruiting processes, good applicant management, structured onboarding, maintained talent and freelancer pools, clean employment contract processes, and better internal documentation.

In this role, you will ensure that many individual personnel issues become a functioning system. You will relieve the management and team leads in hiring, hold processes together, and help Dreamlight Labs grow from a fast-paced 20-person team to a more professionally structured organization.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will actively build up our hiring and the most important people processes. Your focus will be on finding the right people for Dreamlight, guiding them well through the application process, and ensuring that new team members and freelancers can start smoothly.

You will specifically take on:

  • Coordinate Recruiting: Manage open roles, keep hiring pipelines up-to-date, and ensure applications are processed promptly.
  • Create and Optimize Job Postings: Formulate descriptions for JOIN and other channels, and continuously improve them based on feedback and applicant quality.
  • Manage Applicants: Screen applications, coordinate next steps, and communicate professionally with candidates.
  • Organize Interviews: Schedule appointments with founders and team leads, prepare interviews, and track feedback and decisions.
  • Build Active Sourcing: Actively search for suitable talent and test new ways to attract good people to Dreamlight.
  • Build Talent and Freelancer Pools: Maintain contacts with interesting candidates, freelancers, and potential future team members.
  • Structure Onboarding: Ensure new employees and freelancers clearly know what they need, who to contact, and how to start well.
  • Coordinate Employment Contract Processes: Gather all relevant information, prepare contracts based on existing templates, and coordinate final versions with management and, if necessary, external advice.
  • Improve Internal Documentation: Structure our wiki, document recurring processes, and make knowledge more accessible.
  • Organize People Routines: Help to better structure employee reviews, feedback processes, and team topics.
  • Relieve Management and Team Leads: Consolidate personnel, hiring, and onboarding matters so that decisions can be made more quickly and clearly.

The focus of the role is clear: Hiring, Talent Development, Onboarding, and People Structures, not classic assistance or pure administration.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

You ideally bring:

  • Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar role, especially in a growing company, startup, or dynamic environment.
  • A good feel for people: You quickly recognize whether candidates could be a professional and personal fit for Dreamlight.
  • Structure and Reliability: You reliably manage applications, follow-ups, interview appointments, and open decisions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You write clearly, friendly, and professionally both with applicants and internally.
  • Independent Work Style: You don't just wait for tasks but recognize where processes are missing or could be improved.
  • Organizational Talent: You can manage multiple open roles, candidates, and processes simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
  • Interest in Process Building: You are keen not only to manage but also to actively build recruiting, onboarding, wiki, and people processes.
  • Proficient Tool Usage: Ideally, you are familiar with tools like JOIN, LinkedIn, ClickUP, Google Workspace, Personio, or similar systems.
  • Confidential Handling of Sensitive Information: You handle applicant data, contracts, and employee discussions professionally and discreetly.
