To strengthen our team at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for a

Head of HR (m/f/d)

in full-time, effective immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR department with two divisions at two locations, reporting directly to the Group Management People and Operations.
  • Take responsibility for the entire spectrum of personnel work – from ensuring operational processes and personnel planning to recruiting and strategic topics such as leadership and personnel development.
  • As an internal service provider, advise managers and employees on all relevant questions of personnel and social affairs.
  • Act as a strategic and operational partner for management and executives on personnel, culture, and change management topics.
  • Continuously optimize group-wide HR processes regarding efficiency increases, digitalization, and service quality.
  • Effectively implement HR policy guidelines, goals, and personnel processes under your responsibility, acting as a driver of change.
  • Lead the HR team and its continuous development.
  • Continuously develop key HR areas such as increasing employer attractiveness and shaping the recruiting strategy.
  • Take responsibility for the further development of the in-house academy.
  • Enjoy constructive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic collaboration with all stakeholders inside and outside the company.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university studies in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Management, Economic Psychology, or a comparable qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in a comparable leading position.
  • A solution-oriented personality who develops employee potential and fosters a healthy error culture.
  • The ability to initiate and implement change processes by influencing the organization.
  • Live a value-based and respectful leadership style – lead at eye level.
  • Creative thinking and action, along with a strong interest in current trends, are among your strengths.
