About the Role: Regulatory Reporting Specialist & Business Analyst

In your professional capacity as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist & Business Analyst, you will analyze and design business processes related to regulatory and statistical reporting. You will work at the interface between business departments and IT, creating requirements, supporting technical implementation, and actively contributing your expertise in banking regulation.

Responsibilities:

• Independently advise on and design agile IT projects, implementing statutory and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Core tasks include capturing, analyzing, and managing requirements, as well as coordinating with business departments and development teams.
• Actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes.
• Maintain a collaborative and open communication style with clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking industry and with statistical reporting (specifically BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta).
• Sound methodical and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methodologies.
• Independent and communicative working style, proactively driving projects forward.
• Ideally, prior experience implementing IT projects for regulatory requirements.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
