About the Role

This is a key role for an engineer who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about product decisions, and has a proven track record of building exceptional user experiences. As part of a dedicated product team, you will actively ship production code to our web products and contribute to shaping the product roadmap. We operate a flat organization where technical skill and consistent delivery lead to leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Actively ship production code for our web products.
• Collaborate closely with your dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to help shape the product roadmap.
• Have the opportunity to develop new and impactful features that will benefit millions of users.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience: Proven ability to build and ship products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users.
• Customer Obsession: Deep passion for the field and a commitment to building high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Speed: Ability to generate ideas and options quickly, with the judgment to prioritize what can ship now versus what requires more development time.
• Focus: Effectiveness in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment, knowing when to engage and when to focus.
• Collaboration: Skill in inspiring, negotiating, and working collaboratively with designers, marketers, and Product Managers.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript.
