Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, people-oriented intern to join our team in our New York office and support the complete recruiting lifecycle.

This is an active, hands-on internship. You will work directly under our Recruiter, contributing to our hiring engine by coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, synthesizing interviewer feedback, and learning to identify and source top talent. You will gain an unfiltered view of how a high-growth startup builds its team and be an integral part of this process.

What You Will Do

1. Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Own the Schedule: Coordinate interview logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams, ensuring candidates and interviewers are aligned, prepared, and punctual.
  • Manage the Candidate Journey: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction is timely, professional, and reflective of Eulerity’s brand.

2. Feedback Collection & Reporting

  • Close the Loop: Gather structured feedback from interviewers post-interview and compile it into clear, organized summaries for the recruiting team.
  • Keep the Pipeline Moving: Track candidate statuses across various roles, identify and flag any delays, and surface gaps in the feedback or decision-making process to ensure smooth progression.

3. Talent Sourcing (Learning Track)

  • Learn to Hunt: Under direct supervision, you will learn to utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Build Your Instincts: Develop an ability to recognize strong candidate profiles across technical, sales, and business functions as you support active searches.
