About the Role

As an SMB Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Neighbor's growth by managing the full sales cycle for business owners and operators. You'll work with both regional accounts and independent owner-operators, acting as a trusted partner to help them leverage our platform. This is a high-opportunity role within a fast-paced team where success is driven by building relationships and closing deals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust book of business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess partner fit and understand their unique goals.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address each partner's specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including pipeline, activity, and deal stages.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of closed deals to the onboarding team with complete context.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Comfortable selling to both corporate buyers and direct owner/operators.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong hunter mentality, energized by building relationships and closing deals.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.

Preferred

  • Experience in vertical-specific sales.
  • Background in parking, real estate, logistics, or operationally complex industries.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Operationally curious with a desire to understand business operations.
  • Coachability and a hunger for professional growth.
