About the Role

Join our expanding recruiting team as an experienced Recruiter dedicated to upholding Neighbor's core value: "Hire & Develop the Best." You will serve as a key talent partner across all business functions, managing the recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles. Your primary focus will be on attracting and hiring top-tier talent that will define Neighbor's future success. We are looking for someone who can passionately represent Neighbor's vision and attract exceptional candidates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to offer and closing, for a variety of roles, including high-volume and niche searches.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, job boards, referrals, and innovative channels, including AI-enabled recruiting methods.
• Design and implement inclusive interview processes that accurately assess talent and mitigate bias.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance their interviewing skills.
• Champion a high bar for candidate quality and continuously seek ways to elevate it.
• Develop a deep understanding of Neighbor's business to effectively represent the company and act as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
• Utilize data to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and the quality of hires.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; direct, clear, and confident.
• A first-principles approach to problem-solving, focusing on removing roadblocks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches concurrently.

Preferred

• Experience in a growth-stage tech startup or recruiting agency.
• Technical recruiting experience, particularly in hiring senior software engineers.
• Previous sales experience.
• Familiarity with using data to validate hiring outcomes.
• Confident, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
