Responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with the owners of partner tax firms to discuss current challenges and collaboratively develop practical solutions.
• Address technical and process-related questions from partner firms, assist with practical implementation, and serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational issues.
• Maintain existing templates, develop new content, and explore how automation can significantly relieve tax firms in their daily operations, creating tools for direct use by partner firms.
• Provide comprehensive consulting on digitalization, positioning, and internal processes.
• Thoroughly prepare for and follow up on appointments, ensuring all tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, extensive experience in the workflows and processes of tax advisory firms.
• Clear communication skills to convey technical solutions understandably.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Very good German language skills.
• Desirable: Professional experience in a tax advisory firm or in consulting for tax advisory firms.
