Desch Digital has specialized exclusively in tax consulting firms for six years, helping owners and partners digitize their processes, acquire A-clients, and relieve their staff. Our program combines 1:1 consulting, a proprietary training platform, and close community support. We are a small, effective team in Hamburg dedicated to redefining tax advisory services daily.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

As a Business Economist, you will work strategically with the owners of our partner firms to help them manage their practices like businesses, focusing on improved processes, clearer positioning, and increased profitability.

• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with firm owners to strategically develop processes, positioning, and economic viability.
• Analyze each firm's current situation and collaboratively develop concrete, actionable measures for daily implementation.
• Maintain and update existing templates, and develop new content for direct use by our partner firms.
• Prepare meticulously for and follow up on appointments, ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Actively contribute to the further development of our consulting offerings.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in or with tax consulting firms is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training via our platform.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Very good German language skills.
