What You Bring:

• A licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
• In-depth understanding of immigration processes and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth environment is ideal.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
• Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes, business travel, and sponsorship cases.
• Offer legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance services to clients.
• Handle senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists.
• Assist leadership in managing large projects.
• Monitor the Mobility dashboard to ensure response times meet SLAs.
• Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to boost revenue and efficiency.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Contribute to training materials and support training rollouts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor immigration law changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Apply immigration knowledge to complex client cases.
