About the Role

In this role, you will independently manage client payrolls, serving as the primary point of contact for all payroll tax and social security-related inquiries. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while actively contributing to the ongoing digitalization and optimization of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and salary statements.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Liaise with health insurance providers, authorities, and social security institutions.
• Maintain and manage personnel master data.
• Support audits and reporting requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding payroll-related questions.
• Contribute to the further digitalization and optimization of internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of German payroll tax and social security law.
• A meticulous and structured approach to work.
• Enjoy client interaction and teamwork.
• Openness to digital processes and modern working methods.
• Preferred: Experience within a Kanzlei (firm) environment.
