Responsibilities

Preparatory Accounting

• You will support our Finance team in operational day-to-day business and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

Document Management

• You will take over digital document filing and ensure complete document tracking.

Payment Reconciliation & Open Items (OPOS)

• You will keep a close eye on open items (OPOS lists) and independently perform payment reconciliations.

Invoice Verification

• You will meticulously check incoming invoices and perform simple account reconciliations.

Finance Support

• You will actively support us with business evaluations and handle administrative tasks in the finance department.

Qualifications

Your Foundation

• You are a registered student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a comparable degree program with a focus on numbers.

Your Motivation

• Renewable energies and future models get you going and give you a reason to get up in the morning.

Your Mindset

• You have a strong affinity for numbers, work with extreme precision, are structured, and absolutely reliable.

Your Tools

• MS Office (especially Excel) is not a foreign word to you, and you are eager to quickly learn modern accounting tools. Datev knowledge is an advantage, but not a must.

Language

• You speak fluent German (C2) and can also express yourself well in English (B2).
