WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build lead nurture and email campaigns within clients’ CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to clients’ martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
  • Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls.
  • Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports that clearly communicate campaign performance.
  • Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and helping to source new leads.
  • Research products, services, and strategies to identify new opportunities for improving our own tech stack and approach.
  • Perform other digital marketing tasks as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Likely have experience in financial services marketing, understanding industry nuances.
  • Understand intensely regulated industries and the associated marketing responsibilities and challenges.
  • Possess deep experience building large, multichannel marketing campaigns and solving complex martech implementation challenges.
  • Expertly leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) to build sophisticated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Experience building website analytics reports and sales/marketing dashboards using various platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio & Sheets, HubSpot, Tableau).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and the intersection of content, email, paid media, and sales.
  • Adept multitasker capable of pivoting quickly between tasks and adapting to shifting deadlines and client goals.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
