Als Finance Manager unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere finanziellen Prozesse sauber, transparent und effizient zu gestalten. Du sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass alles rund läuft – von der Aufbereitung wichtiger Kennzahlen bis hin zur Unterstützung bei Abschlüssen und Planungen. Dabei bekommst du tiefe Einblicke in ein wachsendes E-Mobility-Unternehmen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns unsere Finanzprozesse weiter – auch mit Blick auf Automatisierung und moderne Tools.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben):

At the core of your role are our Finance Operations – primarily customer invoicing:

• Creation, dispatch, and tracking of customer invoices.
• Maintenance of open items and support with payment reconciliation.
• Support with ongoing financial accounting.
• Participation in the preparation of financial statements.
• Preparation and maintenance of financial data for controlling and reporting.
• Support with budget planning, forecasts, and analyses.
• Contribution to the optimization and automation of financial processes and internal workflows.
• Collaboration with external partners (e.g., tax advisors) and internal teams.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in finance or accounting is advantageous (e.g., internships, working student positions).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Very good Excel skills and affinity for numbers.
• Initial experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Good German language skills, English is a plus.
• Careful and structured way of working.
