The Role
This senior brand partnerships role offers real ownership and autonomy. You will build and nurture an affiliate influencer book of business, sell creator and content opportunities for BrandCycle and Reviewed.com, and manage secured investments end-to-end. This is a 100% remote position.

Types of Work You’ll Do
Brand Partnerships
- Manage up to 100 brand accounts as the day-to-day and strategic lead.
- Hold quarterly calls and maintain proactive touchpoints for top brands.
- Lead QBR and monthly call preparation, owning the narrative, data insights, and strategies.
- Secure flat fee investments and commission increases aligned with revenue goals.
- Participate in weekly Sales, Editorial, and Influencer team meetings.
Revenue & Renewals
- Own individual net profit goals and contribute to company targets.
- Drive flat fee investment renewals quarterly and year-over-year.
- Flag at-risk accounts early with a mitigation plan.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Send monthly sales proposals tracked in HubSpot.
- Respond to inbound leads within 48 business hours.
- Maintain clean and current pipeline and account data.
- Submit weekly forecasting projections.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing sales and brand partnerships; influencer experience is a strong plus.
- Existing relationships with affiliate and influencer budget holders; a strong rolodex is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in affiliate networks and platforms: Impact, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, LTK, shopMy, Amazon Influencer, etc.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Actively use AI to work faster (drafting proposals, summarizing calls, automating tasks).
- Strong communication and proposal skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
- HubSpot experience required; data analysis proficiency expected.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation
The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000. Base pay will be determined by demonstrated skills, relevant education/training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
