The Opportunity: Account Executive

Account Executives at Klaviyo are pivotal to our growth, driving significant impact on the company's trajectory and their own careers. You will act as a product expert, focusing on closing deals with the right customers and setting them up for long-term success. This role offers the chance to run the entire sales cycle, from qualification to demo, managing multiple prospects concurrently.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Build Klaviyo’s client base across EMEA.
  • Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
  • Support the success of your peers.
  • Exhibit Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort.
  • Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives.
  • Expand your skillset by participating in adjacent tasks over time.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience carrying a net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing personas, with strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain.
  • Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly comfortable with outbounding and possess creative techniques/strategies.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal).
  • Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection, embracing failure as an opportunity to improve.
  • Possess a strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement.
  • Encouraging of your team, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.
  • Adept at influencing and relationship building.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay Range: £65,000—£65,000 GBP
  • Total compensation package may include annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
  • This role may require up to 10% travel.
