The Opportunity: Enrollment Advisor
As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating prospective students' application processes. You will engage with students to understand their needs, determine program fit, and guide them through admissions and registration, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines. This role is crucial in helping students achieve their full potential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, or text regarding university and program details.
- Manage leads effectively within the CRM system, following departmental and management guidelines.
- Support students using a consultative process to ensure informed decision-making from lead to start.
- Track student progress and communication in the database.
- Achieve daily metrics for calls, speed-to-lead, talk time, and applications.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, quantity, and applicable trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- 2-3 years of sales experience (outbound call center preferred).
- General knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
- Technically proficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Supervisory management skills and the ability to oversee delegated tasks.
- Proven ability to effectively provide training and explain processes.
- Knowledge of planning processes and issues.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM system(s) preferred.
- Special Requirements: Self-motivated, proactive, able to multitask, strong attention to detail, customer service skills, team player, understanding of the Higher Education sector preferred.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position. A suitable home workspace is required, including:
- A flat surface for your computer.
- Unobstructed Wi-Fi signal (hardwiring capability is important).
- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
- A power outlet for equipment.
- A quiet space with minimal interruptions.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000.
