About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Care Technology Operations Facilitator to support the day-to-day delivery of our Argenti care technology service. This role is crucial in managing referrals, ensuring high-quality service for council staff and service users, and contributing to wider service responsibilities including quality assurance, transformation, programme delivery, and contract management.

Working Model

  • Hybrid Working: A minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, with variations based on role or assignment.
  • Flexible Working: Autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance, guided by client needs.
  • Client Site Presence: Expected to spend at least 3+ days in our client office (West London) with some limited travel.
  • Office Travel: Occasional travel to PA’s London office in Victoria.

Purpose of the Role

  • Administer the day-to-day operational service, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Support referrers to make high-quality referrals for care technology to achieve better outcomes for service users.
  • Maintain accurate records and serve as a positive ambassador for the Argenti partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Argenti Service, including assessing referral appropriateness and quantifying benefits.
  • Handle enquiries, providing efficient service via phone and email.
  • Resolve queries and complaints from service users, Care Managers, and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within Argenti operational systems and client systems.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, equal opportunities, and customer care policies.
  • Support care technology transformation, programme delivery, and contract management activities.

Requirements

  • IT Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft packages, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (logical functions, lookups, data validation, pivot tables).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients independently and produce reports using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Key Attributes: Attention to detail, effective leadership and problem-solving skills, great teamwork, adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Sector Knowledge: Good understanding of social care users, their needs, and the outcomes of care technology. Strong grasp of the health and care sector, including safeguarding and personalization.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work across PA’s care technology contracts as required.
