The Role: Software Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for another Software Developer to join our team, who will collaboratively develop innovative solutions and actively contribute to our growth. You will build what customers truly need, understand requirements deeply, and own projects from start to finish while sharing knowledge and looking towards future technologies, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Customer-Focused Development: Build new features, maintain existing code, and deliver clean solutions for real customer projects.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze customer needs (stated and unstated) and develop tailored solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Independently manage projects from conception to completion, demonstrating both autonomy and teamwork.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team growth through reviews, pair programming, and coaching.
• Future-Oriented Thinking: Stay abreast of technological advancements, including AI's impact on work and business models, and propose valuable new ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart, Java, or similar, ideally across various projects and stacks.
• Code Quality: Clean Code principles and Unit Tests are a fundamental part of your work.
• Autonomy: High degree of independence; proactive in identifying and executing tasks without constant direction.
• Communication: Open, direct, honest, and empathetic communication style.
• Business Acumen: Understanding the value proposition of software for customers and the ability to generate enthusiasm for solutions.
• Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt to a diverse tech stack.
• Language: Fluent German is required for close client collaboration.
