Your Role: Senior QA Manager - Mobile Games
We are seeking a hands-on Senior QA Manager to ensure every release meets the highest quality standards, from concept to global launch. As the quality owner for one of our largest mobile puzzle games, you will drive release quality across iOS and Android, establish scalable QA processes, advance test automation, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners to deliver an exceptional player experience.
Responsibilities
- Own QA for one of our largest live mobile games across iOS and Android.
- Ensure high-quality releases through effective test planning, execution, regression testing, and staged rollout support.
- Define practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics, and remote config.
- Identify, prioritize, and document issues with clear, actionable bug reports.
- Drive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners.
- Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and prevent regressions.
- Provide clear release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
- Maintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira & Confluence.
- Champion a quality-first mindset across the team.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of QA experience in mobile games, ideally on live-operated F2P titles.
- Strong expertise in mobile testing across iOS and Android, including Google Play and App Store release flows, TestFlight, different testing tracks, and staged rollouts.
- Experience testing mobile F2P monetization flows: ads, IAPs, consent/ATT, attribution, analytics, SDKs, and remote config.
- Experience with QA automation, Unity games, and modern QA tools and workflows.
- Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics, DataDog), and a strong understanding of mobile stability issues (crashes, ANRs, freezes).
- Strong understanding of mobile game telemetry, analytics validation, and event tracking.
- Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed QA teams.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools to improve testing, documentation, and QA efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional player experiences.
- Candidates should be based in Europe.
