About the Team

The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager focused on reducing fraud, accelerating growth, and building protective solutions for our platform. You will create strategy and execute against ambitious goals, focusing on Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants, while balancing user experience with fraud prevention.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

• Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in new areas and be responsible for delivering direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform, conducting end-to-end analysis to identify bad actors and improve the experience for good users.
• Influence and engage across the company, partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
• Improve through experimentation, using data-driven decision-making to run tests aimed at reducing fraud while accelerating growth.

We're Excited About You Because You Have…

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, analytics, or related experience; high-growth tech experience preferred.
• Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel are required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation

• The starting pay will fall within the listed pay range and is determined by job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
