Tech Lead / Software Engineer SAP BTP Cloud & AI (Wien oder München)

We pride ourselves on avoiding corporate politics, maintaining fast processes, and operating with flat hierarchies. ### Responsibilities Your tasks will include: * Native software development and technological conception of modern, cloud-based web applications and AI applications on **SAP BTP**. * **Technical leadership** and development of a 5-person development team (a mix of mid-level developers and students). * Conducting architecture presentation workshops directly with clients. ### Qualifications We are looking for: * A **Senior Developer** with a completed technical degree or a vocational college (HTL) degree in computer science. * Deep, practically proven knowledge in **JavaScript (JS)** / TypeScript and modern cloud architectures. * Strong communication and presentation skills ("Customer Facing") and residency in Germany or Austria. ### Benefits We offer: * **3/2 rule** (3 days in the modern office in Vienna or Munich, 2 days remote work).
