Shumba Capital Ltd. is seeking a motivated Junior Market Specialist / Analyst with at least one year of experience in crypto or trading to join our fully remote international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cryptocurrency market movements, prices, and liquidity.
• Support daily trading operations across Spot, Futures, and Options markets on various exchanges.
• Assist with rebalancing digital assets across multiple centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Track and report any technical or financial issues encountered to the development team.
• Analyze internal data and charts to identify market signals and trends.
• Ensure trading bots adhere to risk rules and performance targets.
• Assist with treasury record-keeping and coordinate with the finance team.
• Communicate trading results and client performance with the commercial team.
