About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Werkstudent to join our team. You will play a crucial role in exploring and implementing new AI workflows to enhance our product development. This is an ideal opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of AI, design, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product ideas and design directions with the support of modern AI tools.
• Systematically use prompting techniques to generate concepts, mood boards, and visual directions.
• Iteratively improve prompts, images, and concepts through testing, evaluation, and optimization.
• Build structured AI workflows for efficient product concept development.
• Research and evaluate new AI models, tools, and methods in design, ideation, and creative workflows.
• Analyze AI-generated concepts for design quality, market potential, and feasibility.
• Create mood boards, visual directions, and initial concept presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Management teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in Digital Media, Media Informatics, Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable field.
• Strong visual sense for aesthetics, trends, proportions, and high-quality design.
• High curiosity and genuine interest in AI, prompting, and new creative workflows.
• Enjoy working iteratively: testing, improving, and rethinking.
• Structured thinking approach for concept development and evaluation.
• Initial practical experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Krea, Runway, Freepik, Firefly, or similar.
• Interest in interior design, product development, and visual trends.
• Willingness to learn and actively contribute to building new AI-based design processes.
