About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Business Operations Manager to help yasp advance with speed and clarity. This role exists to turn leadership decisions into execution and ensure the company scales effectively. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and Operations and the CEO, receiving guidance and context, and owning follow-through, coordination, and organizational momentum. This is an execution-first role.

Tasks

• Translate leadership decisions into clear actions and timelines.
• Own the operating cadence, including planning cycles, check-ins, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate execution across business and technical teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and misalignment early and surface them clearly.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that do not belong to a single team.
• Reduce friction and ensure priorities move forward week over week.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a startup role.
• Master's degree required.
• Strong execution and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and receiving guidance.
• Clear communicator who follows through.
