Sap Finance Control Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP FI/CO Consultants (m/f/d) for two established SAP consulting firms experiencing strong growth. Both companies specialize in guiding well-known medium-sized and international clients through complex SAP transformations, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations, international rollouts, Greenfield implementations, and cloud initiatives, primarily within the trade, wholesale, and industrial sectors.

About the Role

As an SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will be instrumental in advising and implementing solutions for clients, driving complex SAP transformation projects from analysis and conception through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting and implementation in the SAP FI/CO environment.
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of Finance & Controlling processes.
• Customizing and integration with adjacent SAP modules and external systems.
• Participation in S/4HANA transformation and international rollout projects.
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and advising clients at eye level.
• Independent management of projects and sub-projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the SAP FI/CO environment (ideally 6+ years).
• Good knowledge of several FI/CO sub-modules.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Independent and customer-oriented work style.
• Willingness to travel for project-related assignments (approx. 20–30%).
• Fluent German (min. C1) and good English language skills.
