Position Overview

For their Finance & Operations team, inno2grid is looking for a Student Assistant (m/f/d) for HR Operations at their Berlin location on the EUREF-Campus, starting immediately. This role is key to the HR administration process, serving as the primary contact for personnel-related questions and developing ideas and solutions for employees in close collaboration with the team. The assistant will also support recruiting efforts and engage applicants with the company.

About the Role

As a Student Assistant in HR Operations, you will be deeply involved in various HR processes, from applicant management and recruitment to supporting HR initiatives and optimizing internal processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute actively and develop your skills in a supportive and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage applicant processes, including pre-selection and organization/coordination of interviews.
  • Independently manage the recruiting process for interns and working students from application to hiring.
  • Support the conception, planning, and execution of workshops and seminars.
  • Assist with personnel development measures and processes related to further training, talent development, and individual growth opportunities.
  • Support the organization and implementation of HR initiatives and benefits.
  • Work on optimizing central HR processes and structures.
  • Plan and coordinate further training events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support personnel marketing and employer branding efforts to position the company as an attractive employer.
  • Handle administrative tasks in daily HR operations, ensuring structured and meticulous execution of processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a comparable field.
  • Interest in personnel management and labor law topics, seeking practical insights in HR.
  • Initial experience in Human Resources is advantageous but not required.
  • Independent, proactive, and structured work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative HR topics and a willingness to contribute own ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with diverse target groups.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
