About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you will report to the Lead of Corporate and Client Affairs and be responsible for a dedicated area within Vendor Management Operations. You will ensure contracts, dismissals, extensions, and onboarding/offboarding processes are managed efficiently and on time. This role requires strong administrative support capabilities, excellent communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Your Key Tasks

  • Prepare contracts and required documents for Avaloq purchases and external resources, collaborating with Category Leads and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end administrative processes for external resources (onboarding, extensions, leaves, lifecycle updates).
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and serve as a contact for contractual matters.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible contract files and documentation.
  • Monitor contracts, managing dismissals, extensions, and renewals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracts and purchase order documents to vendors.
  • Assist with process improvements and testing of new systems.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Handle Vendor Master Data requests (creation and updates).
  • Act as the technical point of contact for SharePoint Management, Microsoft Lists, and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Processing, Project Management, Financial Technology, or related fields.
  • Background in Vendor Master Data management.
  • Background in Contract Management, with experience using tools like DocuSign.
  • Tech-savvy with strong SharePoint administration capabilities.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Microsoft Lists).
  • Responsible, approachable, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively during peak periods.
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Background in Resource Management (onboarding, extensions, offboarding).
